Cant download google drive files forbidden

the problem is the eagleget build the file before finish the download im not sure why I tried download from 3 different links from google drive, but when i extracted it is always got corrupt The problem still persists, and even rolling back to 2.0.4.25 doesn't help. It not barbaric at all, it shouldn be banned.
